Many men and women are on the constant quest for natural remedies for low libido (sex drive), and the name “Peanut Punch” rings bells for lots of people. It is a very popular sexual energy remedy in the Caribbean, where every island puts their special twist on the blend. Today I decided to put my own spin on the recipe to add a healthy kick for anyone trying to rev it up in the bedroom.

Unlike the original recipe, I have added a few other elements to this Peanut Punch Mix:
Strawberries:
- Known in provincial France as an aphrodisiac.
- Increases good cholesterol (HDL)
- Lower’s blood pressure (makes better blood flow to genitals)
- Among the top 20 antioxidant fruits
- Rich in manganese and potassium
- Packed with Vitamin C (more than an orange!)
Note: The chocolate swirl on top of my frozen strawberries is actually cocoa powder and avocado puree. Avocado also lowers blood pressure…
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder:
- Contains phenethylamine (known as a mood elevator and antidepressant)
- May boost serotonin
Hemp Protein Powder:
- Anti-Fatigue Properties
-
Ground Flaxseed
- Reduces hypertension = stronger erections
- Lowers Cholesterol
- Fights Prostate Cancer
- Read more about Flaxseed here.
It tastes best if the strawberries are frozen when you blend the mixture, it gives off the vibe of a smoothie. You can also leave out the fruit and get straight to the main ingredients. If you’re going for the “Ital” or vegan option, I suggest unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk to give you the smooth consistency. I’m actually tempted to go make one right now before my husband gets home from work…
Note: Kimi LeVadge is not responsible for the pregnancies that may result as a consequence of drinking Peanut Punch.

Wow!!! That’s some recipe!!! I’m not a huge peanut fan, but I may try this recipe!
I’m not big on peanuts either, which is why I love the powdered peanut butter option. PB2 is the name, and they have chocolate powdered peanut butter too – delicious!
