Interview with Dirty Panty Pocket’s Owner – Latisha Gallagher:
What inspired You to Start DPP?
As mentioned in my letter, it was an inside joke about where I put my panties. I was a european runway model, nyc it girl, all around globe trotting gal about town. So…it’s safe to say i can live out of my purse for a month. Ha! i food that there are compartments for everything BUT the morning after. And I always had a dirty panty pocket section in my purse or jacket or whathaveyou. It dawned on me that this might help out other ladyfriends too!
Tell Us the DPP Story:
It involves a certain ginger haired gentleman, a restaurant bathroom, and a very long taxi ride to somewhere in Long Island, and a private jet to vegas. But I was prepared! And that’s all I’m saying about that. 🙂
Why is sex ed important?
So people know what they’re doing, duh. That pertains to all areas! Many a life has taken a wrong turn at Albuquerque due to unawareness.
What are your goals for DPP:
I want DPP to be more than just a handbag company. It will be a lifestyle. I have a bag for every possible eventuality. Going out tonight hosting you own version of America’s Got Talent? The Dirty Stay Out clutch. Stuck in an airport? The Passport Pocket zippered clutch. You know that brunch is going to be the usual all day affair? The #daydrunk Bag – it can fit a 6 pack of beers. Met a sexy man last night an now you’re on his plane? The Lost Weekend. Each and every one will have everything you need from toothbrush to linger to snacks to liquor to beachwear, clothing for the stride o’pride, sunglasses and shoes! I’m even devising one for music festivals. That is definitely a place you want to #keepyourselftidy. Dirty Panty Pocket is truly for the lady who is unapologetic about being a woman. The kind of gal that wears her Broad badge with pride. Dirty Panty Pocket will truly be the California Closets of Debauchery.
