Is Sperm Bad for Your Teeth?

The answer is Yes and no.

Semen and spermatazoa contains sugars and proteins on which acid-forming bacteria may feed. Cervical mucous contains no such products, so cunnilingus is not a problem. The act of fellatio tends to promote saliva flow, but ingestion of semenal fluid should still be followed by vigorous oral rinsing soon after the act. Since sex is often the last thing we do before we go to sleep, and since saliva production declines throughout the night, it’s even more important to rinse following the ingestion of semen.

The safest thing to do with semen in your mouth is to swallow it or spit it out. When you swallow it the enzymes and acids in your stomach will quickly destroy any viruses and bacteria.

When you spit it out, use a mouthwash to remove any lingering semen. Don’t brush your teeth before or after oral sex. The brushing can cause slight bleeding of your gums leaving them open to infection from HIV.

Does Anal Sex Feel Good?

The key is to be gentle. The anus is not as pliable or flexible as the vagina, and requires additional lubrication to ensure safe entry and comfort. Ease the tip of the penis in and breath deeply while relaxing your muscles.

Never force the penis (or anything) into the rectum.

Steady, fluid motions are highly suggested during beginner’s anal sex.

The bigger the penis, the more lubrication is suggested.

What if it takes you forever to cum?

  1. Find the cause of the issue.
    1. Sexual Anxiety – desire to perform well or finish when he does causes some women to reduce their focus on pleasure.
    2. Incomplete/incorrect stimulation
    3. Get Comfortable
      1. A recent study published in the Journal of Sex Research suggests that women who feel embarrassed or ashamed about their bodies have less sexual experience and are less sexually assertive.
      2. Foreplay is crucial
        1. Foreplay stimulates the erogenous zones before sex. It basically lubricates the vagina so that penetration is comfortable.
        2. Find out what YOU like.
          1. Masturbation helps. Some women are more stimulated by penetration than clitoral stimulation and vice versa. The only way to know for sure is to try it out.

My Man is Very Freaky…

  1. Find out what he likes
    1. If you pleasure him right, he’s more likely to be satisfied and need less.
    2. Don’t be afraid to discuss sex with your partner. It’s better to get direct answers than to go feeling around in the dark. Pun intended.
    3. Spice it up
      1. Introduce new techniques
      2. Try toys
      3. Venture out of your comfort zone

Can certain foods change the taste of cum?

Yes.  The acids and bases in food change the PH and flavor.

Fruit = more sweet

Vegetables and meat = more savory

Candy, sugars and dairy = often tart

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
